Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. His stage name is the amalgamation of the name of his favorite uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. Scott signed a record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut full-length album called the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh. He was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015), his debut album on the studio was the first album to feature the smash single "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) became his first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016) was made in collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and included his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" with Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released late in 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. Following the single "Franchise", Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it topped the Billboard 200. Scott was the first rapper to reach the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than one year.
