Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991 was a popular American musician and rapper. He is also known by his initials, NF which can be spelled with the letter IF. He has released two EPs: I'm Free (2012),[3] and an EP with a self-titled title in 2014 with Capitol CMG. Mansion is his first major label album, came out in March of 2015. His second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22 and 23, 2016), peaked at number 12 for the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered many distinctions, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF became a mainstream hit with Perception in 2017. The album charted in the United States at number one and was certified platinum. "Let You Fall" hit number twelve on the. Billboard Hot 100, and was a top ten hit worldwide. The Search (2019) was his second album. He had similar commercial success. Feuerstein stated that, during his youth, rap music was an escape for him. Feuerstein would record songs on a Karaoke machine. He recorded instrumentals as well as performed raps using one microphone. Feuerstein released Moments, his first studio album, independently on November 29, 2010. His debut single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song was included. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work during 2012. His debut extended play I'm Free came out on May 2, 2012 by Feuerstein with production work from Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist was in the news about the self-titled extended play, NF. However, Feuerstein has ended his association with the label and production of NF was delayed. NF included a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label’s compilation album, Move Vol 1 On November 4 2013 he dropped the single "Beautiful Addiction". Profitt was heard again on the track as well the vocals of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
