Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh cook (born on the 4th of October, 1979) is an American model, actress and performer. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, who was also a stand-up comedian, and JoAnn, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she made an appearance in a public announcement about foster care. At the age of 10 years old, Cook started working as a model for children's printers and was featured in national Target advertisements as well as on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
